On Monday, April 28, at 7 p.m., Highlands Historical Society is hosting a Heritage Plaque workshop at Magrath Mansion, 6240 Ada Boulevard. At the workshop you will learn how to navigate the Henderson’s Directories and Land Titles, and this research is the main part of the plaque application process.
In order to qualify for a heritage plaque, your home must be at least 50 years old and it must fall within the Highlands/Bellevue boundaries (50th Street to Wayne Gretzky Drive and Ada Boulevard to 118th Avenue).
The workshop is free but registration with the plaque coordinator is required. If you are not yet registered please email plaques.edmontonhighlands@gmail.com
