Red Plaid Development is hosting an open house at 11239 – 63 street to demonstrate construction of a garden suite at the pre-drywall stage.
The open house will be March 10th from 3-6pm and will illustrate some of the principals of Gentle Densification described by Barry Johns at our open house. The goal of the owner is to preserve his 113 year old house while moving to a smaller and more accessible garden suite on the same property.
Please come out and meet the builder and the home owner who will be happy to answer questions and chat.
