    I received this on July 13, so I am not sure how I am going to watch the CBC segment on July 7th since that was 7 days ago now. Not a very timely email.

      You can go back to watch the segment for July 7 by clicking on the link in the blog post, scroll down to find the news on that date. Unfortunately, we were only told last minute when it would air.
